Our vision of Multisourcing
The multisourcing proposed by itrust is according to three axes:
- Special intervention: Definition of a framework related to the project, constitution of a team specialised on the needs, audits and recommendations.
- Maintenance, quality and continuous security: Definition of a long term and appropriate RSSI assitance, selection of profiles in adequacy with client needs, deployment of the follow up by the itrust support.
- Outsourcing: Deployment of the work control for the security management, constitution of a specialised team for the needs, audits and decision taking.
